Tell us your love story — how did you meet, when did you know they were the one? :
We met in Algebra class our freshman year; Grace-Erin was 15, Sean was 14. we found each other somewhere between solving for x and navigating the beautiful chaos that is being teenagers in high school. At the time, we had no idea we were at the beginning of something that would become the most steady, certain thing in our lives. Over the next twelve years, we didn’t just date, we changed. Through homecomings and proms, first jobs, big decisions, long conversations about the future, and every version of ourselves in between, we kept choosing each other. There were no dramatic plot twists or grand declarations. Just a foundation built slowly, intentionally, and strengthened over time. Somewhere along the way, we became more than high school sweethearts. We became best friends. Partners in every aspect of life. The steady presence that makes even ordinary days feel meaningful. What was built isn’t the kind of love that burns fast and fades. It’s the kind that feels less like a head rush and more like coming home.

Why did you choose a PNPS ring? What stood out to you?:
By the time the proposal happened, it didn’t feel like a surprise ending. It felt like the most natural next chapter in a story that’s been unfolding since we were basically kids. The ring is beautiful, but what it represents means even more: a promise to keep building and evolving together. A bond deepened not because we stayed the same, but because we kept choosing each other through every twist and turn life brought us.

What has been the most memorable part of your engagement/wedding?:
Lots of people say high school sweethearts don’t last because you change, grow up and grow apart. We did change. We did grow up. We just never grew apart.
