What This Fee Covers
We will work with our vendors to source and commission a custom cut moissanite or lab diamond to your general specifications — including shape, general size range, and overall aesthetic. This fee covers the time, coordination, and vendor engagement required to initiate and manage the custom cutting process on your behalf.
Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

This is a flat $700 fee. It is not a deposit.
- It does not apply toward the cost of the stone, nor toward any ring or jewelry purchase.
- Custom cutting requires significant time and coordination with our vendors, which is not reflected in the final price of the ring.
- This fee reflects that work regardless of the outcome.
- It does not apply toward the cost of the stone, nor toward any ring or jewelry purchase.

No specific faceting requests can be accommodated.
- Our vendors determine the final faceting based on the raw material and what will yield the best result. We can communicate a general direction, but precise faceting specifications cannot be guaranteed.
- Example: We can request 'rose cut', or 'step cut faceting' or 'brilliant cut faceting', but we cannot request a certain number of facets, angle of reflection, etc.
- Our vendors determine the final faceting based on the raw material and what will yield the best result. We can communicate a general direction, but precise faceting specifications cannot be guaranteed.

- Custom cut stones are cut from raw material, and the final weight and measurements are determined by what the stone allows.
