Each piece of Point No Point Studio jewelry is a one-of-a-kind treasure that is designed and crafted completely by our team of skilled artisans in our studio. Our bench jewelers have been hand crafting jewelry for over 45+ years combined!
Most other jewelers outsource some part of their production, but we do everything in-house; from designing to casting to stone setting, we are thoughtfully creating each piece every step of the way. This also allows us to keep our costs lower and to pass the savings on to our customers.
We use a variety of different methods to make each piece: wax carving, CAD modeling and 3D printing, hand engraving and more. To learn more about our process, please click here.
Warranty
Because we craft each piece with care we are confident that your ring will stand the test of time. However, if something were to happen to it, we stand behind our products and will repair/replace the item if the issue is a result of manufacturing (you need the prongs tightened, etc) for a period of one year from the purchase date.
RING CERTIFICATE
A Point No Point Studio branded 4GB USB drive with a digital copy of the certificate document will be included with your purchase of an engagement ring. The document states the stone carat weight, type of diamond(s)/stone, type of metal used, pictures of ring, replacement value, invoice information, name of purchaser, and other details if applicable. This document can be presented to insurance companies in order to receive insurance coverage through a home owner policy or through an individual jewelry policy.
Packaging
Every Point No Point Studio engagement ring comes with an attractive black clam shell ring box. With every engagement ring purchase over $1,500, you will receive a beautiful magnetic closure presentation box which has the following enclosed: ring authenticity documentation (described above) on a PNP branded USB drive, our signature clam shell faux suede black ring box, polishing cloth, care card, and info card. If you would like to upgrade your ring box to one of our specialty ring boxes, you can choose that here.
Shipping
Every package is shipped with signature confirmation and the guarantee of safe delivery of your order. Point No Point Studio guarantees the safe delivery of your order and will offer a replacement in case of lost or stolen packages in transit.
