How Custom Orders Work

Choosing the stone - The hardest part of creating your custom ring will be finding the center stone. All of our diamonds and gemstones are unique. All of our diamonds are cut by hand and every diamond has its own unique patterns, tones, and clarity. Choose from our Loose Stone Inventory here as well as from our Curated Collection of stones for more unique options.
Design - We believe in a truly bespoke experience. We can make any setting you can dream up. Let us know what you have in mind! If you have lots of ideas you want to put together, we can make that happen or help you come up with a design that is entirely new.
CAD - All of our settings are made from scratch, we never use the same setting twice. We scan every stone and get precise measurements and then build the entire setting in CAD.
Renders & images of the final ring - We can provide you with CAD render images of your custom ring if you purchase our Bespoke Experience!
Your approval - Once you have approved your design and paid in full we start production.
Good things take time - Your piece is crafted with care from scratch and takes 8 weeks for our team to make, once we have received full payment.

Wedding Rings: With every engagement ring, we create a CAD file with precise measurements. We use that same CAD file to build the wedding ring right against the engagement ring, making sure the two are a perfect fit! We offer hundreds of wedding rings and any wedding ring on our site can be made in CAD to fit the unique shape and contour of your engagement ring.

We don't charge any extra for the work of ensuring a great stack. Many other jewelers will have only a few wedding ring options to offer or only say that a few styles can work with your engagement ring, but we can make ANY wedding ring stack because we put the same labor of love into building your wedding ring in CAD. If you already have an engagement ring from us, great! Let us help you build your stack!

Financing: Prequalify and see what financing options we have for you.

Ring Size: If you are unsure of the ring size you need you can still secure the stone you want and pay for your custom order. We will need your ring size before putting your ring into production. Let us know if you'd like us to send you a free plastic sizer in the mail.

Care Plans: We are a vetted partner of Jewelers Mutualand offer Care Plans to our customers. Ring resizing and a list of other services are free with a Care Plan.
