The ring is more than just jewelry — it’s the spark that starts it all. So how do you choose a stone that feels just right?

Size Matters... A LOT
Let’s be real: getting the wrong ring size is funny… until the ring falls off mid-toast or won’t go past the knuckle. And if you're going custom or ready-to-ship? A major size mismatch could mean a full remake (yes, that’s another 6–8 weeks of production time).

Carat Isn’t Everything... Let’s Talk SHAPE & FIT
Here’s a little-known secret: some stone shapes look bigger per carat.
Kite, oval, marquise, and pear cuts, for example, tend to appear larger than round or emerald cuts of the same carat weight.
Also consider your partner’s finger size and hand shape. A 2-carat oval might look huge on a size 4 finger, but just right on a size 8. Bigger isn’t always better — it’s about proportion, comfort, and visual balance.

Tip: Salt and pepper diamonds or moissanites can give you a bold, luxurious look without the premium price tag. And as we mentioned earlier... smart stone shapes can create the illusion of size without going up in carats.
